Grade 12s, it is imperative that you register with the Ministry Student Secure Web system ASAP and request your transcripts to be electronically sent to your post-secondary institutions around the world.


In April and July the Ministry electronically sends an official transcript to the post-secondary institutions you have selected through the Student Secure Web. If you are NOT registered with the Student Secure Web, the transcripts will not be sent and you will not be admitted into the institutions that you’ve applied to.

You will need your nine-digit PEN (personal education number) and either create an account or login to your existing account. If you do not know your PEN, you can find it on a previous report card.

Graduation Ceremony WEDNESDAY JUNE 13th: New location at Church in the Valley, 23589 Fraser Highway, Langley on Wednesday, June 13th 5:30 pm (Doors open to guests at 5:00 pm) Parking is limited, please consider carpooling.

Tickets We will be offering each Grad 4 FREE tickets for guests, grads do not require tickets. There will be additional tickets at $10 each, we will offer 2 extra per student to start and more as tickets numbers are calculated. Tickets are being sold in May from the main office. Tickets will not be issued if fees are not paid, text books not returned and if you are in a non grad status position.


Wednesday June13th, 2018 GRAD CEREMONY

Important info for the day of your Grad ceremony – please have your photos with your family and you in your grad gown take before the Grad ceremony

3:30 pm Grads arrive at Church in the Valley, have your personal photo taken, in marked room off the main foyer. Bring some food and water to have before the ceremony.

4:30 pm Group Grad shot –in the Church, location tba

5.00 pm Doors open to family and guests

5:30 pm Grad ceremony starts

8:30pm Grad ceremony finishes with “light refreshments” prepared by Gr. 11 parents

After grad ceremony – hand in your grad gowns immediately after the ceremony, make sure your name is checked off on the returned list.


Dinner/Dance It’s a tradition for LFAS parents to attend the Dinner/Dance so please join in your grads for this celebration. Parents who wish to come and take pictures of the grads but not stay for the dinner/dance are welcome to. Grads start arriving around 5 p.m. and the group photo is at 5:30 and then the grads will be lining up to be presented at the dinner.

6:00 pm Dinner/Speeches/Dancing

Dry Grad immediately follows the dinner dance.

You can organize yourselves in tables, maximum 10 people. A sign-up sheet will be available when you purchase your tickets.

Each student’s ticket will cost $ 60 and tickets for parents and guest are $80 each. The evening consists of a delicious buffet dinner, presentations, entertainment and dancing. Tickets are being sold from May 15th at lunch time and after school in the office.
