ELEMENTARY (Gr. 1-5)
MIDDLE GRADES (Gr. 6/7) APPLICATION
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
Step One: Application Form – Complete the online application. The date this application form is received determines the student’s place on the wait list. Vacancies are filled in the following order:
1. Langley residents with siblings in the school
2. Langley residents
3. Non-Langley residents with siblings in the school
4. Non-Langley residents
Step Two: Interview Appointment – When space is available in our Elementary/Middle Grades one of the secretaries at the school will call to arrange a time for your interview. We start interviewing in January of each school year.
Step Three: Interview – Parents and students are encouraged to ask questions in order, to learn about all aspect of the Langley Fine Arts School. School staff will present information about the organization of the program, the expectations of students/families, and the content of the program. We will discuss each student’s needs and interests so that parents can make a well-informed decision as to whether, or not Langley Fine Arts School is the best choice for their child and family.
Step Four: Welcome Orientation Session scheduled for early May for all new Elementary Students.
