On a rainy day in Vancouver on March 9 2017 drama majors met their teachers in the Vancouver International Airport and flew to London. For the next ten days drama majors woke up early and returned to their hotel late packing their days full with historical sights, shows, shopping, museums, and events. They went to an afternoon service at Westminister Abbey, Toured the Tower of London, took a river cruise down the Thames, visited the Churchill War Rooms, explored the British Museum, tried to get the guards to laugh outside Windsor Castle, said their lines inside of the Globe Theatre. Visited and performed Midsummer Nights Dream in Stratford, and squeezed through the halls of Anne Hathaway’s Cottage. Dipped their toes into a Roman Bath, braved the winds at Stonehendge and spent their nights seeing the productions of Les Mis, Kinky Boots, Matilda, and Wicked. It was the trip of a life time. A special thank-you to all the teachers who went especially to Mrs. Sarah Fowlis who organized the entire adventure.
