Chief Sepass Theatre Internal Booking Form

For all internal usages of Chief Sepass Theatre from

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday

except Wednesday 8:30am – 6pm.

Please fill out the form below if you are requesting to be in the Chief Sepass Theatre and corresponding spaces during the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Wednesday which has tech class until 6pm . This is open to LFAS staff only.

The form needs to be submitted a minimum of one week prior to your proposed usage of theatre.

Please refer to the following class schedules in the Chief Sepass Theatre, Woodshop, and Dungeon. It is encouraged that in your request you either look for times when the theatre is not being used, or you speak to the teacher and request a move to a mutually agreeable alternative location. This alternative space must be ready for the classes coming in (empty, cleaned, prepped for use). Even if the theatre appears to be free you will still need to complete this form to ensure no one else already has it booked.

All day usages, outside of scheduled classes, MUST go through this process.

Internal Theatre Day Booking Form

This form is for LFAS staff bookings of the theatre during the school day.
  • Form must be filled out and submitted a minimum of one week before requested theatre time.
    If requesting more than one date with a multiple number of times please indicate in next question.
  • What are you using the spaces for? Please give detail.
    It is required that you speak and get approval from instructor of displaced class. If answering no, this will be needed before booking can be confirmed.
  • To Prep Room please ensure it is empty of people, and all loose items have been cleaned up and put away.
    Please check box for level of usage of theatre
    If bringing in a student technician please ensure you have approval of the student's classroom teacher to remove student from their class.
