GRAD TEA needs Grade 10/11 parents to host!

Looking for Grade 10/11 parent volunteers to organize and host the reception following the Graduation ceremony.

Langley Fine Arts has created an enduring tradition that the Grade 10 and 11 parents in the school organize and host the reception following the Graduation Ceremony. Grade 10 and 11 parents are invited to donate funds and volunteer time to make this a memorable event.

This year’s ceremony takes place on Wednesday, June 12th at 5:30 p.m. at Church in the Valley 23589 Fraser Highway . The reception is after the ceremony, usually about 8:30pm. Your assistance hosting this event (set up, food prep, clean up etc.) will help to make the occasion a wonderful event for the graduates and their guests. Please fill in the form below to indicate how you can help. This form will be online until May 10th.
